Our programs

Our English language programmes take place throughout the year (apart from school holidays) in our first Little British Schools location at 4 rue Michel de Bourges in Paris’ 20th arrondissement.

Ages 3 to 7

Join us for a half- or full-week schedule on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays from 16:30 to 18:30. Our daily workshops are limited to 8 children to ensure that each child receives personal, high-quality attention.

Arty Wednesdays for Ages 3 to 9

We devote our Wednesdays to creative activities like arts and crafts, theatre, dance, singing, and drawing. We offer different workshops for each age group:

  • 10:00-12:00, upon request
  • 13:30-15:30, for 6- to 9-year-olds
  • 16:00-18:00, for 3- to 6-year-olds

You can sign up for Arty Wednesdays by trimester or monthly.

Our language programme has been specifically designed to introduce the youngest children to English using fun and entertaining activities. These activities stimulate children’s senses to encourage spontaneous interaction with our lessons and environment.

Saturday Discovery for ages 6 to 12

This is an opportunity for children to discover a particular theme related to the season (winter, spring, summer, autumn) in small group.

Every Saturday from 12:00 to 14:00.

The workshops are held throughout the year except summer school holidays July-August, Christmas holidays and holidays.

English Learning as a Game

Each workshop begins with sound, to give the children time to adjust to the language and to listening. This stage involves both music and vocabulary. In this cosy, reassuring context, we guide our youngest students to recognize words, pictures, and numbers. In the following stages, we invite them to discover English through games and recreational activities. Our natural method of teaching respects the pace of each individual child.

It is also our goal to inspire each child’s artistic creativity by offering a variety of arts and crafts. These are designed according to the season and specific themes. In order to encourage concentration and attentiveness, a portion of our after-school programme is dedicated to relaxation, calm, and gentle music.
These activities take place in a happy environment where discovery and joy are cherished, and placed at the heart of each session.

Anglophone Teachers

Our programmes are led by anglophone teachers with experience teaching English to young children. The Little British Schools environment is 100% anglophone. We work exclusively with teachers whose mother tongue is English and who share our pedagogical philosophy.
Our team is trained by Kathryn Little, certified AMI Montessori teacher, and founder of LBS.
